Lumity Life, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.  This notice describes our Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).  This Policy describes the types of information that we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit lumitylife.com (the “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.  This Policy applies to information we collect on the Website, in e-mail and other electronic messages between you and the Website.  It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means or by any third party.  If you have any privacy concern regarding the Website, please contact us so that we can try to address your concern.

We may use third parties to perform functions on our behalf and may need to share your information to allow them to perform those functions.  Examples may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, delivering packages, sending mail and email, customer service and providing marketing assistance.  Any information provided to our third-party service providers may only be used to perform their functions and for no other purpose.

The Website is intended for adults only.  We do not knowingly collection information from children under thirteen (13).
